TERMS OF DELIVERY

As soon as the order has been confirmed, it is retransmitted to the RosesLondon flower shop that is located close to the delivery address. Delivery of your flower order can only take place during the regular business hours of the RosesLondon flower shop.

DELIVERY DATE

As a rule, delivery takes place on the requested date if it is not a holiday or day off in the receiving country.

Your order is transmitted to the RosesLondon flower shop that is located close to the delivery address and delivered during its opening hours.

Delivery in UK on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and holidays can be arranged in case the order is placed during our office opening hours one day before delivery date.

CORRECTNESS OF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check carefully that the delivery address, including local telephone number, is complete and correct. We cannot accept any liability for late or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address and if recipient does not answer phone calls.

RosesLondon guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date during the regular local opening hours of the executing flower shop.

We do guarantee the delivery on time if the order contains all the proper details for the successful delivery:

Full name of the recipient

Complete delivery address

Name of the place of destination (hotel, company, restaurant, etc.) and additional details such as room number, department name and others, which exactly indicates the place of destination.

Telephone number of the recipient or contact person.

Delivery to the hotel is available to the reception desk only. The bouquet will be passed to the recipient by the hotel staff. Delivery is carried out without a phone call to the recipient.

The following details are necessary for successful delivery to the hotel:

Full name under which the addressee is registered (e.g. group, Mr. and Mrs., etc.). In case the room is booked for another person, please specify full name of that person

Full name and address of the hotel

Telephone number of the hotel (if available)

Room number of the recipient (if available)

Name of the tour operator in case the recipient travels in a group (if available)

Delivery to the hospital is available to the reception desk only.

The following details are necessary for successful delivery to the hospital:

Full name of the recipient

Full name and address of the hospital

Telephone number of the hospital (if available),

Ward name and /or number

Maiden name of the recipient if order goes to the maternity ward

Kindly note that some hospitals do not allow flower delivery to the intensive care department. In this case you will be notified by us and the flower shop will keep in touch with the hospital staff to deliver your flowers as soon as the patient is allowed.

If the order misses some necessary details or recipient does not answer phone calls, the delivery may be delayed and no complains are accepted.

Campgrounds, military bases, boats, seaports or airports are not guaranteed delivery addresses.

IF THE ADRESSEE IS ABSENT

In the absence of the addressee, courier will attempt delivery and leave a calling card and try to reach the recipient later by phone. If the flower shop is unable to deliver the flowers and unable to reach the recipient within 24 hours after the first attempt of delivery, they will inform us of none – delivery and you will either be informed via phone or email that no delivery could be made. Courier is authorized to leave the flowers with a reliable third party (e.g. a neighbor, receptionist, porter, funeral parlor, etc.) deemed suitable for passing on the flowers to the addressee. The same applies to additional items (accompanying card, gift article, etc.) for which transmission has been agreed to in individual cases.

If by any reason the order cannot be executed you will be contacted by our Customer Service as soon as the flower shop reported its delivery problem.

DELIVERY DURING HOLIDAYS

14 February – Valentine’s Day: Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for Valentine’s Day, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered early or after Valentine’s Day

8th of March – Women’s day – is a legal holiday in UK, all business places are closed. Therefore, delivery is only possible to home address. Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for Women’s day, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered early or after, subject to fresh flower availability.

Orders for Mother’s Day are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the Monday after. Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 – 3 days prior to the requested delivery date.
